privacy policy describes what information the developer collects, uses and discloses in the JustNotes
mobile
application (the “app”). If you do not agree with the privacy policy, please do not access the
application.
The developer reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.
Developer will alert you about any changes by updating the “last updated” date of this Privacy Policy.
You
are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of updates. You will be

What information does JustNotes collect or process?
User Content
If you use cloud note copying, the notes you create are encrypted in Firebase Storage by default, as
described in the Google Firebase Privacy Documentation.
Registration details
When you create an account with JustNotes using your email and password, your account information is
saved
in Firebase to allow you to use that information to access your cloud notes.
Analytics / Logs
Anonymous analytics and logs collected in linked notes are intentionally kept to a minimum and collected
automatically using Firebase Analytics (or in the case of downloads from the Google Play Store, as for
all
apps installed through the Google Play Store). Only basic usage data is collected, none of which is
personally identifiable. Examples of data include: access time, number of active users, country of use,
device used, and OS version.
The Service does not include any third party analytics or behavioral tracking, other than the default
implementation of Firebase Services and Google Play Store/Services Analytics. Basic metadata may be
generated on the device and associated with your account for functionality purposes.
Crash reports
Detailed crash reports can be submitted through the Play Store if the user chooses to submit them.
How is your information used?
Your content
Your content is intended for you and will not be read or accessed by JustNotes or any third party unless
absolutely required by law.
In the event that a request for access to data is made by a legal authority, JustNotes will endeavor to
ensure that it complies with a subpoena, warrant or valid legal request. In this case, you will be
notified
if it is deemed necessary to comply with a lawful request to view your data, unless the specific request
and
applicable law provide that notifying the user is prohibited/illegal.
Basic analytics
The default analytics collected through Firebase and the Google Play Store are designed to provide basic
monitoring of app success, such as uninstall rates, retention rates, update rollout status, number of
daily
users, etc.
This information is used to improve and monitor the operation and performance of JustNotes, as well as
the
impact of new updates once they are released. Analytics data from Firebase and the Play Store is not
shared
or sold to third parties, except as provided in your Google Play Store agreement or as set forth in the
Firebase Privacy Policy.
Registration details
Your login information, such as your email address, is used for authentication and account management
purposes only. Firebase authentication uses IP addresses and user agent strings for added security and
to
prevent abuse of services during login, although this data is not tracked or visible to the app
developer.
For more information about login details, please refer to the "data handling" section of Firebase's
privacy
and security policy.
For more information about how your data is processed and stored through Firebase cloud services, please
see
Firebase's full Privacy and Security Policy.

used?”
