JustMoney Terms of Use

Please read the following terms of use before using JustMoney app. The following
constitutes a contractual agreement between you and JustMoney regarding use of the App.
General agreement & Privacy Policy
You agree that by using JustMoney app, you are bound by this agreement and the associated JustMoney
Privacy
Policy to the extent it is enforceable by law.
Cloud backup function
You acknowledge that JustMoney has cloud backup function. You need to create a JustMoney Account to
backup
your content with authenticated Firebase APIs and services. Please read the Privacy Policy for details
about
how your data is stored. At any moment, you may delete all your backed up content on cloud by deleting
your
account in a special form.
You acknowledge that once account data and your content has been deleted, it is permanently deleted and
completely unrecoverable.
Content Legality
You agree not to store content in the JustMoney app that is illegal in your country, or the United
States
(US). Refer to local and US laws for further details of content which might be illegal. You are
responsible
for ensuring your uploaded and added content is legal to possess and store. Refer to the Privacy Policy
for
details regarding unavoidable, enforceable law enforcement requests for user data.
Content that affects the performance of application functions
You agree not to store content in a cloud backup that may result in overloading Firebase services or
content
that takes up unreasonably large amounts of memory. Such content will be deleted.
Bugs and app functionality
The developer does not guarantee that the application is free of bugs and errors in the code and is not
responsible for data lost through use of the application, whether deletion has occurred by bug in the
application code, accidental behaviour/clicks, or due to a software or hardware issue with your device.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be modifed or updated at the discretion of developer, or when changes are required by
law.
You will be notified of material changes to the Terms or Privacy Policy in the application.
